Products under the Manufacturer’s Warranty are covered for 12 months from the purchase date. The Manufacturers Warranty covers product manufacturing mechanical defects. If you have any issues with an item that falls under this warranty, Renstack will assist in filing a claim with the appropriate manufacturer for your item. In some cases, a repair, replacement parts, or an entire replacement will be authorized.
Defective or Damaged Orders
We pride ourselves on our quality and craftsmanship. In the rare event your item arrives damaged or defective, it will not be subject to any return fees and will be covered by our warranty. Please note if the product is reported damaged past 14 days of delivery, the product will not be covered by our warranty and will not be eligible for exchange or return.
We offer one free exchange for all customers on products of equal or higher price within 14 days from delivery. No return fees will be issued for your first exchange.
