Most orders are received in 3-6 weeks from order to delivery. Add a few days for custom orders.

Our products are purchased from the factory. Some products are inspired by world-renowned designers. It is not the original design version of the designer. If you need genuine products, please contact the original designer or company.
The most of lighting are not UL listed and CE certification. The lamps comply with UL standards in North America and CE standards in Europe. For orders sent to the United States, Canada, and Japan, all electrical components (including but not limited to lamp holders, wires, drivers, etc.) have UL certification. Orders sent to Europe, Asia, Oceania, (including but not limited to lamp holders, wires, drivers, etc.), all have CE certification.

Orders & Payments

All payments made on the Renstack website are highly secure. Our website uses 128 bit SSL encryption technology and is certified level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure. As such you can rest assured that any information submitted on our site is secure.

ORDERING A-Z

Once you find something you love, click the “ADD TO CART” button.
When you’re done adding items to your cart, click the “CART” button.
Make sure you’re happy with everything in your cart, and click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT”.
Fill in your name, email, address, city, etc. We only use this info to ship your order.
If have discount code,you can enter discount code and click apply.
Click “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING” and then select yourshipping method and payment method and follow the instructions.

Orders can be placed without creating an account. Of course I suggest you create an account. You can enjoy a better shopping experience.

The order fee does not include any tax, usually you will not pay other additional fees for the order. Because the shipping method and the policies of each country are different, you may pay customs duties or value-added tax after the package arrives in your country. The lamps we provide can work normally at a voltage of 110-240v and meet the voltage standards of all countries.
The products we sell include some purchased products, and we will work hard to review the supplier qualifications.If the products we sell violate your intellectual property rights, please contact us.
Generally, lights with integrated LEDs do not support dimming by default. If the light needs a light bulb as a light source, you can purchase a light bulb that supports dimming and install it.
